No. This is deliberately a compact mini-course as a PDF: a 29-page plan instead of hours of video. You get the download right after payment – and can print it and put it on your wall.
How much time do I need per week?
About four hours. Every week has three to five tasks with time estimates, one metric and – where needed – a ready-made script.
Does this still work if I've already been doing this a while?
Yes. Then you use the sprint as a restart for a second location, a new offer or an empty quarter. The phases stay the same.
